No contacts, no long term tie-ins

With Designs Unlimited you are not tied into a long term contract. If you sign up for our monthly plan, you’ll be billed monthly and can cancel anytime.

If you sign up for an annual plan (saving you 10% – contact us if this is of interest), you’ll be billed every 12 months and can cancel at anytime.

If you cancel your account you can continue to use the service until the expiry of your last billing cycle.

Aside from our 14-day guarantee window, there are no refunds for unused time on any plan for any reason.

To cancel your account simple email your Account Manager confirming that you wish to cancel.
