How many revisions do you include for each design request?
You can have unlimited revisions for each design request. We work in next business day creative rounds. Every request or revision will take at least 1 business day – sometimes more. Our typical turnaround is 2 to 3 working days. Simple jobs get completed faster than complex ones. Multiple requests will take longer than 1 creative round. What you get back and how quickly depends on each individual request. Please bear in mind a revision is treated as a separate request. If we receive a revision for a job, after we have started on another design request. We will automatically jump the revision request to be the next job that we work on.
How does your 14-day guarantee work?
What is an 'active' design?
An active design, is the one that your designer is working on. When a design has been completed and approved, we move onto the next design request.
What if I don't approve a design?
When we submit artwork to you, we either need feedback, with any required changes, or your approval. If we don’t get final sign off, we will follow up with you to check the design has been approved before we start on the next design request in the queue. If we still don’t hear back from you, we’ll move onto the next job in the queue. By giving us prompt feedback or approval, it will enable us to move onto the nest design request more quickly for you.
